1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Having full legal capacity to enter into and execute binding contracts.

3 Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided must be based on your real identity and not a false or borrowed identity.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at pena67 at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate freezing or closure of all associated accounts.
• Seizure of all cash balances and winnings in those accounts.
• Permanent ban from the pena67 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. Pena67 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login information to third parties.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Pena67 supports a range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The following conditions apply to deposits:

5 Fund Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds will be transferred to the bank account or e-Wallet registered under the same name as your pena67 account.
• Pena67 processes withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes for requests approved during office hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of office hours will be processed on the next business day.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Pena67 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Multiple account registration.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
